Workplace stress has been classified as a “health epidemic of the 21st century” by the World Health Organisation.

Many forward-thinking businesses endorse meditation and encourage staff to practice for the benefits both to wellbeing and productivity.

Reduced stress has been shown in many studies to increase productivity, decrease absenteeism and help develop a culture that encourages staff retention.

We offer on-site or virtual meditation packages. See example offerings below but we can also tailor packages to suit each company’s needs.

We are based in Sydney but can travel to other areas.

Sessions are led by Rory Kinsella, an expert meditation teacher who has taught at companies including Westpac, Commbank and Pernod Ricard. He has also written widely about meditation for publications including the Sydney Morning Herald.

Rory has worked as a journalist and product manager at some of Australia and the UK’s largest media companies and has many years of firsthand experience of the pressures of the modern corporate environment.

Corporate Meditation Packages

Introduction to meditation

(1 hr, on site or via Zoom)

This introduction to meditation is perfect for corporate audiences and small businesses. Participants will be guided through three different types of meditation (breath, body scan, mantra). They will learn about the benefits and be inspired to embark on their own meditation journeys.

They will also be given access to my 7 Days to a Quieter Mind guided meditation series to practise in their own time.

Investment: $550 for up to 50 participants, $750 for over 50

Introduction to meditation series

(1 x 1 hr, 3 x 45 min, on site or via Zoom)

Hosted weekly, this series will start with the above introductory session and then follow up with three additional 45 minute sessions over the following three weeks.

In the subsequent sessions, we will focus on the mantra technique, using a universal mantra and building proficiency. Participants will be encouraged to meditate between the sessions.

This option is great for helping to create a culture of meditation where employees feel they have permission to dedicate time to meditation (15 mins a day is recommended to begin with).

Investment: $2000 for up to 50 participants, $2750 for over 50

Vedic Meditation – Corporate package

(1 x one hour intro, 4 x 90 minute sessions – in person only)

For businesses and employees wanting to get the most out of meditation and are willing to invest more time, the premium offering is the full Vedic Meditation training.

1 hr introduction to Vedic Meditation – similar to the above but focussing on the mantra technique. This session is used to see which employees would like to take the full training. To get the full benefits of Vedic Meditation, participants will be encouraged to meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day. Those deciding not to continue will receive the 7 Days guided meditation series to take away.

For those wishing to take the full course, they would participate in the following four sessions, which need to be in person and on consecutive days (eg Mon-Thurs). This is how this technique is traditionally taught and the best way to create a daily habit.

Session 1 (1.5 hours, in person only)

Participants will come together in person to receive personalised Vedic Meditation mantras. A short ceremony will take place to pay respects to the ancient Indian tradition this technique comes from – participants             bring a flower and a piece of fruit and I sing Sanskrit verses for five minutes to thank the teachers who came before me.

Each participant will receive their personalised mantra and group instruction in how to meditate.

Session 2 (2 hours, in person only)

How meditation works, building confidence as a meditation. Each participant receives individual feedback on their progress.

Session 3 (1.5 hours, in person only)

The mechanics of stress release during meditation.

Session 4 (1.5 hours, in person only)

How to create a lasting meditation habit and what results to expect over time.

Session 5 (45 minutes, in person or via Zoom)

Follow up session after two weeks to check on progress. These sessions provide an accountability framework to help participants stick to their habit.

Session 6 (45 minutes, in person or via Zoom)

Follow up session after 100 days to give participants the chance to build a daily habit and report back questions and experiences.

Investment: $750 per person.
