Have you been meditating regularly for at least 12 months? If so, you're eligible for an Advanced Technique, which is an addition to your current mantra. Advanced techniques allow you to experience the most subtle layers of perception both while meditation and in daily life. You can think of it as changing gear with your practice to reach a new level.

We will go through the puja gratitude ceremony as we did when you learned to meditate and you are asked to bring one piece of fruit and one flower as offerings.
Advanced techniques are available every 12 months.
