Is your mind too busy to meditate? Take this test to find out.
In this test you will find out whether your mind really is too busy to meditate or not.
You'll need about ten minutes and somewhere you can sit comfortably with your back supported. You don’t need silence but you will need your full attention. We will have our eyes closed for a few minutes during the exercise.
