UX for the Mind is a workplace wellbeing program tailored to product, design and technology teams and creative agencies. It uses mindfulness, meditation and practical techniques to help employees manage stress, become more adaptable, increase productivity and improve their experience of their minds.
It is run by Rory Kinsella, who had a 20-year career in the media including ten years as a product manager and head of product designing and building apps and websites for a mainstream media organisation.
